Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using Wisprr. By using the app or website, you agree to use Wisprr responsibly, comply with recording laws, and understand that transcriptions are AI-generated and should be reviewed for accuracy.
Use of Wisprr
Wisprr is provided as a voice recording and transcription tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of transcriptions and for complying with applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction. Always obtain consent from all parties before recording conversations where required by law.
Privacy and data
Wisprr is designed around privacy-first storage. Your core transcription data stays on your device. Transcription processing uses Groq's API, which processes audio in real-time and discards it immediately. We do not store your voice data on our servers.
Free features
Free features may be offered through app-store billing. Prices, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation rules are handled by the relevant app store and may vary by region.
Recording consent
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to record conversations. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent. Wisprr displays a visible overlay indicator when recording to provide transparency, but legal compliance remains your responsibility.
No transcription guarantee
Wisprr uses AI-powered transcription which, while highly accurate, may contain errors. Transcriptions should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or official documentation without human review. Wisprr does not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy.
Availability
Features and platform availability may change over time. The Android version is available on Google Play. iOS support is coming soon. Basic web browser recording is also available.
